The Inn's general reservation and rental policies
- A confirmed reservation obligates both the Balsam Mountain Inn and the guest for the entire length of the stay reserved. In the event of early departure, the guest is responsible for the entire length of the stay reserved.
- Reservations are made by room TYPE. Your specific room will be assigned to you upon your arrival.
- 5 Day Special is Sunday thru Thursday nights ONLY and does not apply to Holiday weeks. Regular rates will be charged for early departure.
- One night’s room rate must be paid within five (5) days of booking to confirm any room reservation. This deposit may be paid by MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover at the time of reservation, or through the mail by personal check or money order.
- Individual room reservations need to be cancelled seven (7) days prior arrival date to receive a deposit refund. Groups and events have other cancellation policies.
- Reservations of blocks of three or more rooms of Group bookings require special deposit arrangements and cancellation periods.
- Add $15.00 per day for each additional person 12 and over.
- Children under 12 are FREE when staying in same room with parents.
- PETS are Welcome - ADD $15.00 for one and $25 for two per night. Max of only TWO pets permitted. See our complete pet policy >>> HERE <<<
- PETS MAY NOT be left alone in room without owner or other responsible person.
- Large pets and pets of a breed perceived as aggressive may be accepted if it has earned an AKC CANINE GOOD CITIZEN AWARD. For information go HERE.
- ALL Pets MUST BE WELL SOCIALIZED
- Rates subject to change and all applicable taxes will be applied.
- Cancellations MUST be received seven (7) days PRIOR to arrival date to receive deposit refund.
- Refunds not issued for early check out.
